Advertising Media Software Customer Support Executive Bi-lingual French/English
Telmar, a leading multinational advertising media planning software and Consultancy Company is seeking for its French Office, Telmar Peaktime SAS, a high caliber candidate for the position of Customer Support Executive who will work closely with Project Managers.
As Customer Support Executive , you will be required to support our European customers in the deployment and use of added-value solutions, to provide customer care assistance in order to address functional and technical issues, provide software training, test and install new versions of software and prepare documentation.

Requirements:
- University graduate or equivalent work experience
- Experience in the advertising/media industry
- Knowledge of computer products and systems, including Microsoft Office and word processing; ability to learn new systems quickly
- Independent, self-motivated and detail oriented; willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities
- Attentive listener with high sensitivity to customer satisfaction
- Enjoys challenges; problem solving and excellent with mathematical concepts
Travel is required in Europe and abroad. Knowledge of English language is necessary.
